| Standalone Voice Logger |

Standalone voice loggers do not require a computer system for installation since they themselves are power-packed with in-built PC components and an IVR. Standalone loggers are capable of logging any of the analog/digital/IP/audio data as such or combined, to render the desired call reports and details. |

Of the above models, Analog and Audio Loggers are now available as USB-based or Voice Card based voice loggers. According to the user requirements, Xtend Voice Logger hardware units come in 1-port, 2-port and 4-port model, and are cascadable enough to accomodate higher line density demands. Even if you supplement more xtend logger units to the system, the Xtend voice logging solution software will treat it as a single unit, monitor them in a single interface, retrieve the details and report from the system in a consolidated manner to the user as if they are generated for a single voice logger unit. |
