Xtend CNA Server is a server side electronic device that answers all incoming calls with an automated announcement system saying that the number you have dialed has changed and provides the new number.
     
The device has optional multi-lingual features and the number to be spoken, the required languages, the order in which the languages should be spoken and the number of repetitions can be configured using a computer.
     
Xtend CNA Server consumes 400 Watts power. Xtend CNA Server version is designed to work with both landlines and mobiles. Xtend CNA Server is mainly meant for the service providers.

Activate in Just 3 Steps!
 
Step-1
(Dial a Number): Customer should first dial an IVR number publicised by the service provider from his/her existing mobile number and register for this service.
   
Step-2
(Call Divert): Then divert calls using "divert if out of reach" feature on the mobile phone to the same IVR number.
   
Step-3
(Change SIM): Switch off the phone, remove the old SIM and insert the new one. And, you are ready!!!
   
(Note: The customers can do Steps 1 and 2 anytime. They need not wait for the new provider to activate the SIM. Once the new SIM is activated, follow Step 3.)
