Ease of Installation

Xtend CNA is powered off the telephone line. This means that there is no requirement for batteries or ac adapters. The unit can be simply plugged into the central office line and the system becomes functional. Also the very act of plugging the incoming landline into Xtend CNA will free up one port enabling the other fixed lines to be directly plugged into the EPABX system.

Multiple Languages

Pre-recorded prompts and numbers for up to two different languages can be programmed into the device.

Selection of Languages

From the pre-recorded languages, any or all languages and the order of playback of languages can be specified.

Programmable Repeats

The announcement in all specified languages can be repeated once, twice or thrice, depending on the requirement.

Customisable Voice

The voice recording can be customized to a different voice, if required at any time.

Prompt Flexibility

Ability to have the phone number spoken in between, at the beginning or at the end of the prompt is configurable on a per language basis.

Computerised Configuration

GUI based setup utility for configuring the device, setting up the languages needed, order, repetitions etc. Manual changes are also possible using a standard terminal emulation program like Hyper terminal.
