When Xtend CNA is used, the old provider lines can be made incoming only as no outgoing calls are possible through this line. Also all incoming and outgoing calls that went through old provider now proceed via new provider. This means that the revenue for new provider doubles as a result of customer switchover.

Note: Case studies are based on the new provider fixed line as billing data for the past four months or more was required to perform a reliable study.
