Xtend has been awarded the "Best Innovative Products" Award for "Xtend IVR", "Xtend SMS" and "Xtend FCT" at IT Kerala 2000, the most significant IT event of Kerala, held at Technopark, Trivandrum in November 2000. Over 150 companies from all over the country and abroad had participated in the exhibition and the event attracted over 1,00,000 visitors.
